Please keep in mind that we are based in California so there may be a time zone difference from your state. Returns/Exchanges TOP
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you’re not happy with your product upon receipt, we will gladly return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of the purchase invoice date. We believe in hassle-free exchanges. Exception: Garments that have been worn and washed are not returnable. Returns will be given on new, unused merchandise with Fleur Lilly tags attached. A copy of the invoice should be included or return may take longer to process. Please email sales@fleurlilly.com or you can call us at (805) 358-4900 within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. You will be given a Return Authorization (RA) # to include with your return. Merchandise sent back without an RA # may take longer to process.

Delivery/Shipping Charges TOP
We are proud to utilize the services of the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service for delivery. We try our best to process and ship our orders 48 hours after online purchase. Shipping is automatically calculated by our shopping cart utilizing the scales of the shipping carriers. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be provided when shipping by UPS. No tracking is available through the United States Postal Service; however, a delivery confirmation receipt will be obtained.
We ship on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. Any orders received over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.
Shipments can be expedited overnight upon request and will be billed accordingly upon your approval.

One of our knowledgeable sales staff will be able to assist you. The Online Size Chart is a generic children’s size chart for the clothing industry.

We aim to process all our orders within 24 hours after online purchase. Please notify us within 24 hours to cancel your order. We take great care with each and every order, no matter how big or small. Your purchase is important to us!

Due to the fact that we purchase clothing from our designers a season ahead at apparel shows, we cannot guarantee that an item will be available months later when the season arrives. In the apparel industry, clothing styles and colors change with every season. Therefore, we do not take special orders.
